Bio
Born in Suzzara (MN) in 1968, Andrea graduated in economics and commerce from the University of Pavia. He is a chartered accountant and enrolled in the Register of Auditors held at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
He started his career at AXIS in 1995, where he was mainly involved in the legal audit of statutory and consolidated financial statements of holding companies, international groups and listed companies, with both Italian and international accounting standards. His experience has been gained within leading national and international companies operating in various sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, commercial, services, financial, transport and rental services.
Andrea has also held relevant assignments in due diligence, M&A, IFRS implementation, internal auditing, risk assessment and audit projects supporting organisations adopting a 231/01 Organisational Model, and analysis and support for management control.

A member of AXIS since 2001, he is responsible for the technical area.
