Bio
Born in Guastalla (RE) in 1976, Graziana graduated in economics and commerce from the University of Parma, is a chartered accountant and registered in the Register of Auditors held at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
She started her career at Axis in 2001, where she mainly worked on statutory audits for statutory and consolidated financial statements of holding companies, international groups and listed companies, with both Italian and international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS), in the mechanical, energy, maritime, real estate and commercial sectors.
Graziana has also held important positions in due diligence, M&A, and IAS/IFRS implementation projects.
Graziana has participated as a speaker in seminars and courses on auditing and accounting standards.
